Ascendix Billing Solutions LLC ("Ascendix", "we", "us", "our") is a domestic limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, NJ entity ID 0451505185, with its registered office and main business address at 971 US Highway 202N, Ste N, Branchburg, NJ 08876. Ascendix has provided medical billing and revenue cycle management services to healthcare providers since 2016.
Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information submitted through ascendixbillingsolutions.com (the "Website"). It does not govern protected health information (PHI) that we handle for clients under a separate written service agreement; that information is governed by the agreement and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies.
Information we collect
When you use our forms we collect what you provide, such as your name, practice or organization, specialty, email, phone number, EHR/PM system, billing setup, claim volume, payer type, state, services of interest, and your message. Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
HIPAA and client patient information
When we perform services for a healthcare provider, Ascendix acts as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We use and disclose protected health information only as permitted by our Business Associate Agreement with that provider and by the HIPAA Privacy, Security and Breach Notification Rules, and we apply administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect it.
Do not submit patient information
Website forms are not designed for PHI. Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, claim numbers tied to patients, or clinical details. If PHI is sent to us through the Website, we will delete it and ask you to use a secure channel.

Sharing
