How much does it cost?
Full end-to-end RCM is typically 5–7% of monthly collections. Fixed-rate, dedicated-seat and remote in-house models are also available. Final pricing depends on specialty, volume, payer mix and scope, and is confirmed in writing.
Do we have to change our EHR or practice management system?
No. We work inside the system you already use. See the Technology page for the platforms our team has worked in.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on the size of the practice and the state of your current A/R. We agree a timeline during the assessment so you know what to expect.
Can you take over old A/R from a previous biller?
Yes. Aging A/R clean-up projects are common. We prioritise by age, amount and payer, and work them claim by claim.
Do you handle out-of-network and No Surprises Act disputes?
Yes. We support eligible claims through open negotiation, federal NSA IDR and state arbitration. Eligibility depends on plan type, service and state, and we review that first.
Do you bill PIP, MVA and workers' compensation?
Yes, including no-fault forms, carrier follow-up, IME and peer-review denials, and arbitration support where applicable.
Can you guarantee results?
No honest billing company can guarantee a payer's decision or a dispute outcome. What we guarantee is the work: every claim followed up, every deadline tracked, and reporting that shows you exactly what happened.
How do you protect patient data?
We work as a HIPAA business associate. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before accessing PHI, use role-based access under named accounts you control, work inside your own systems, and exchange files only through encrypted channels. Never send PHI through this website, WhatsApp or regular email.
