Ten years of claims. One focus: getting providers paid.

Ascendix Billing Solutions LLC has worked with U.S. healthcare providers since 2016: solo PCPs and nurse practitioners, multi-specialty groups, surgeons and assistant surgeons, surgical and ambulatory surgery centers, and emergency care centers. We exist so that clinicians can spend their time on patients rather than on payers.

Our story

We started with one idea: no claim should be left unworked.

Ascendix began in 2016 with a simple observation. Most practices do not lose revenue in one big failure. They lose it in small leaks: a missed authorization, a denial nobody appealed, an underpayment nobody noticed, an out-of-network claim accepted at whatever the plan chose to pay.

Over ten years we have built teams around each of those leaks. We have worked across in-network and out-of-network billing, PIP and MVA, workers' compensation and patient collections, in thirty EHR and practice management platforms and thirty specialties. When the No Surprises Act introduced federal Independent Dispute Resolution, we added a disputes team to give providers a real route to fair payment.

What has not changed is how we work: claim by claim, with notes on every account, and reporting that shows you exactly what happened and why.

Our teams

Detail-oriented specialists, organised by function.

The person working your denials does nothing but denials. Specialisation is how we stay accurate at volume.

Coding team

Turns documentation into accurate CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS codes and asks providers when something is unclear.

Billing & claims team

Charge entry, scrubbing, submission and rejection fixes, every working day.

Denial & appeals team

Works every denial to the root cause, writes appeals, and reports trends back to you.

A/R team

Follows up on every open claim by payer and age, and spots underpayments.

Disputes team

Runs federal NSA IDR, state arbitration and no-fault disputes, deadline by deadline.

Credentialing team

Enrollment, CAQH, revalidation and payer contract follow-up.

Posting team

Posts and reconciles payments so every other report can be trusted.

Client support

Your direct line for questions, by phone, email or WhatsApp.

How the relationship works

From first call to monthly review.

Clear steps, agreed in writing, with a person you can reach at every stage.

  1. Free assessment

We review your billing setup, payer mix, denials and A/R, and tell you what we see.

  2. Scope and written agreement

We agree what we will handle, how we will be paid and what we need from you.

  3. Access and onboarding

You grant system access, we map your workflow and set up reporting.

  4. Claim-by-claim work

Our teams work your queues daily, with notes on every account.

  5. Monthly reporting and review

Collections, denials, A/R and disputes, explained in a call with your team.

  6. Continuous improvement

Denial trends go back to your front desk and providers so the same problem does not repeat.

HIPAA & data security

Patient and provider data, protected by design.

Ascendix Billing Solutions LLC works as a business associate under HIPAA. We handle protected health information (PHI) only as the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and our Business Associate Agreement allow, and we apply the same care to your practice's own data: credentialing files, tax IDs, contracts and bank details.

There is no official "HIPAA certification". Instead, we describe our safeguards plainly so you can review them before you sign.

Business Associate Agreement

We sign a BAA with every client before accessing PHI. It sets out how information may be used, how it is safeguarded and how incidents are reported.

Minimum necessary access

Each team member sees only what their role requires, under named user accounts that you control, can audit and can switch off at any time.

PHI stays in your systems

We work claims inside your EHR, practice management system and clearinghouse, so patient data is not copied into spreadsheets or outside tools.

Encrypted, controlled exchange

Documents move only through encrypted, access-controlled channels. We never ask for PHI over WhatsApp, social media, personal email or website forms.

Trained, accountable team

Every team member is trained on HIPAA privacy and security requirements and bound by written confidentiality obligations.

Incident response

If a security incident ever occurs, we act on it immediately and notify you as HIPAA's breach notification rules and our BAA require.

We switched to Ascendix after years of juggling billing in-house. Denials are now worked every week instead of piling up, and our preventive and sick visits on the same day are finally coded correctly. Their monthly report is the first one I actually read. My staff is back at the front desk, where they belong.
Dr. Mohamed SulemanMS Family Medicine, California

Pediatric billing is vaccines, screenings and well visits, and small errors add up fast. The Ascendix team caught vaccine administration and modifier issues our previous biller had missed for years. They are responsive, patient with our questions and explain everything in plain language. I recommend them to every pediatric practice I know.
Dr. Naveen ElkholyComprehensive Pediatrics, New Jersey

No-fault and PIP claims used to be our biggest headache. Ascendix took over the carrier follow-up, the forms and the arbitration referrals, and accounts we had given up on started coming back as payments. Communication is consistent, and they always know exactly where each claim stands.
Dr. Robert SusinSusin Chiropractic, New York

Between auto injury, workers' comp and commercial insurance, our payer mix is complicated. Ascendix keeps every case straight and bills the right payer in the right order. Collections are steadier month to month, and I spend my day treating patients instead of chasing adjusters.
Dr. Charles SantoroSantoro Chiropractic, New Jersey

Pain management depends on prior authorizations, and Ascendix has them lined up before our procedures. Denials are worked the same week they arrive. They also handled our out-of-network disputes through the federal IDR process with real attention to every deadline. Professional, detail-oriented and easy to reach.
Dr. Muhammad AliPain Medicine, New Jersey

Surgical billing with global periods and multiple procedures needs people who know what they are doing, and the Ascendix coders do. Our claims go out cleaner, and when a payer underpays an operative claim, they follow it all the way through. A dependable partner for a busy surgical practice.
Dr. Emad IssaFoot & Ankle Surgery, Texas

Complex spine cases and high-value out-of-network claims are where billing mistakes cost the most. Ascendix reviews every operative claim carefully and has been persistent with appeals and IDR disputes. I trust them with the revenue side so I can stay focused on surgery and on my patients.
